

I am someone who utilizes affirmations on a daily basis. Some days I get so caught up in overthinking something so insignificant I forget that what’s actually important. So I pull out one of my go to affirmations and it redirects my thoughts. All you have to do is repeat it. You can do it while looking in the mirror, at your job, or even when you’re just laying in bed. Affirmations are a great way to actively combat your negative thoughts.
It doesn’t have to be as woowoo as some people make it seem. It’s all about redirecting a negative with a positive.
Just try it.
What you choose to focus on becomes your reality.

“I am thankful for a I have and all I will accomplish.”
