Okay, this shake has become a staple in my morning ritual. Not only is it a delicious post workout protein shake but it is also a great early morning caffeine boost!
What You’ll Need:
A shake cup with metal stir ball
A Quarter Cup Chai Tea Concentrate
Half Cup Milk of Your Choice (I use original unsweetened Califa farms oat milk)
One Scoop of Collagen Peptides (My go to is Indigo Marine Collagen)
One Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Mix everything together and enjoy!
